Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 childrens room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, flat screen and DVD. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, cable TV and flat screen. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, west facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, childrens high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Rairettes: Beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet Flocon de Neige, 2 storeys, built in 2014. On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.
