The apartment features a spacious bedroom adorned with abundant natural light, a large double bed perfect for two guests, and a single bedroom equipped with a comfortable bed and a functional desk for work or study.
The bright living room seamlessly connects to the open kitchen, creating an inviting space for culinary endeavors and shared meals. A small balcony off the living room provides the perfect spot to bask in the morning sunlight while sipping your coffee.
While the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking your own meals and features both a stove and an oven, note that there's a cooking plate that is not operational but not part of the amenities list.
For those seeking a quiet workspace, an additional room has been thoughtfully arranged as an office, providing a secluded area separated from the rest of the apartment.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and offers a rejuvenating shower, a convenient washing machine, and the luxury of dual sinks.

Official check in time is from 4 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):
Long term bookings have an additional cost of €225 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.
*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet
Late check-in:
Late check-ins (after 8PM) are subject to a €25 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in.
Night check-ins (after 12AM) are subject to a €50 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in.
(We value our staff’s free time, so we have to pay them extra to stay up so late)
